Terri brings over three decades of experience in the Fargo-Moorhead area, including 28 years in real estate ownership, property management, and transactions. She has held her real estate license for more than 18 years and has proudly operated as a licensed broker for the past 10 years.

Originally from western North Dakota, Terri has called the FM area home for many years. Her husband, a lifelong North Moorhead resident and retired farmer, shares her passion for community and family. Together, they have six children—four of whom are married—and five wonderful grandchildren. In their free time, they enjoy family gatherings, horseback competitions, managing their boarding facility, and relaxing getaways to Florida.
